WHAT IS SPIRIT & LIFE?

Life seems to pull us in a million directions at once, and in the midst of the hustle and bustle, it is easy to lose track of God’s purposes toward us: an ever-deepening intimacy with Him, substantial friendships, and a missioned existence.  In a word, God wants to lead us into abundant life! (See John 10:10) Sometimes we desire to lay hold of that abundant life but aren’t sure how to get there.  Sometimes we need reminders to keep us on track.  And sometimes it’s simply a matter of finding time to come to Christ in prayer.

It is the aim of Spirit & Life to provide you with the opportunity for all of these.  It is open to any adult who desires to enter more deeply into God’s promises and purposes for our lives.

WHAT WILL WE DO AT SPIRIT & LIFE?

At Spirit & Life, we wish to encourage your spiritual growth by:

(1) Presenting on topics pertaining to the concrete means of pursuing life in Christ.

(2) Fostering discussion on the practical challenges of daily Christian living.

(3) Spending some time opening our hearts to God’s transforming grace in prayer.
