2011-2012
The dress code provides a standard for our students, which fosters an environment conducive to learning and respectful behavior. Final decisions regarding the school uniform rest with the principal/administration.
GENERAL APPEARANCE AND CLEANLINESS
When parents send their child to St. Bernadette School, it is understood that they agree to uphold the uniform policy. If a child comes to school without a complete uniform, the parents are expected to send a note to the teacher explaining why. It is expected that students come to school properly bathed, neatly dressed, in clean clothes, hair combed, clean nails, and shoes shined. Ties will no longer be worn by girls or boys. Shirts must be buttoned. This year, Flynn & O'Hara is offering several styles of shoes for the uniform.
